신식이라 굉장히 기대했는데 실망투성이었다. 화장실과 세탁기에서는 쓰레기같은 냄새가 난무하고. 나는 16층에 머물렀으나 호텔안에 가라오케때문에 시끄러워서 12시가 넘어서 잤다. 너무 잘들리고 쿵쿵거리고. 좋은호텔방음이 이것밖에안된다니 너무 실망. 수영장 헬스장 조식은 훌륭하고 사람들은 친절하다. 그러나 아직 개선해야할부분이 많은것같다

2nd time staying here in this oasis with checkin lobby on Sky Lobby level (press SL button in the lift). Again, got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite without requesting for an upgrade. Love the coffee machine as I need my espresso shot every morning. Service staff are smiley & polite, not trying too hard to please like some other hotels by chattering with you, so you get a lot of privacy, good for introvert like me haha. Surrounding areas are not conducive for taking a walk outside. No adjoining mall but getting grabcar is cheap & fast to go to nearby malls & restaurants (recommend Indonesian restaurant The Acre in Menteng & Semesta on level 2 of Ashta District 8 mall). Actually no adjoining mall greatly improves the tranquility & security of the hotel. In summary, value for money for a new, peaceful & quiet 5-star hotel with big rooms, smart TV, coffee machine, washing machine, toilet seat with built-in turnknob bidet spray, & tight security.

飯店很新！位置不算差距離Indonesia arena路上沒車的話大概10分鐘內但還是蠻多美中不足的地方泳池沒有給房客使用的毛巾，更衣室裡面也沒有毛巾房間裡雖然有廚房但廚具跟餐具跟的很少，只有盤子沒有碗😅 只有湯匙跟叉子，沒有牛排刀或是剪刀之類可以切水果或是切肉的工具🥹 鍋子只有一個平底鍋😅 顯得廚房有點裝飾用但服務人員都很親切，體驗還是不錯的～！

酒店房間超級新一入酒店已有香氣！房間很大很乾淨而且酒店所有職員都超級友善！不論是站在酒店門口的保安安檢人員還是前台、甚至送餐點到房間的職員都很好禮貌😊room service很好食😋

Very good hotel to stay in Jakarta, new, cozy and clean. If you would like to have some exercise during the stay, the gym is highly recommended. Only thing to complaint is the hotel surround by narrow alleys, difficult to move around in peaks.

Kvac방문 때문에 가까운 호텔 예약했는데 2025년 신축 5성호텔이라 정말 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 레지던스 숙소로 세탁기 냉장고 모두 큰사이즈로 넉넉하네요. 주변 150m 인도마렛 알파마트 등 인프라도 좋고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다 피트니스 센터는 24시간 운영으로 부담없이 이용 가능해요 다른 호텔은 피트니스가 있어도 19시에 마감하면 저녁먹고 호텔 귀가시 운동이 불가 하거든요 이런 부분이 장점 입니다. 저는 비록 짧게 투숙 했지만 매우 훌륭했습니다. 수영장 디자인은 야간에 멋집니다. 처음가면 호텔 시설 찾는게 어려운데 직원들이 잘 안내해줍니다.
